Mobiba MB-332, Mobiba MB-442

    The new product of Mobiba MB-104 family which we began to produce in spring, 2011. It was a start of the process of concentration of the consumer qualities inside one model.  Not only our customers but also we like the decision with a free transformation of the interior with the help of unfastening partition. On the MB-104 for the first time we tried the idea how with the help of zipper partition we can get the bathhouse or rest room if it is necessary, inside one item.

    The main idea and main value of MB-104 is when a customer buys a mobile bathhouse, he also gets a possibility to transform it into the spacious tent for living. You just need to unfasten and roll up aside a cross partition which separate the inside tent capacity into the heat and the tambour. So we can get a unite area of the interior. What is more, we can leave the stove on its place or move it to the cutting of the flue which is situated in the first aisle of the structure. So the stove is ‘moved’ to the corner and releases the rest of the living area for free movement. There you can place tables, chairs or places for sleeping or having a rest.

    Before long our specialists decided to spread these progressive ideas on the elder Mobiba models. And now it is time to announce about the output of long-expected new product – Mobiba MB-332 and Mobiba MB-442.

    For people who understand nothing about the classification of Mobiba tents, this numbers mean nothing.  But those people who know the principle of index numbers of our company will guess what we are talking about.

    The first two numbers mean that this product has two layers. The first number is the length of the outward awning by the quantity of lengthwise aisles.  The second number is the length of the inner awning.  For example, the name MB-44 means that the outward awning is for four aisles (one aisle is for about one meter), and the second number 4 means that the inner awning is also for four aisles. So we can see that in this situation the outward door unit is technically possible only in the form of the double block of the movable doors. If somebody tells you that it is Mobiba MB-44, you do not need to ask about the doors in this product.  In this tent the outward exit is through two movable door units one by another sequentially.

    But what is MB-442? It is very easy. Inside the classical inner awning from MB-44 we sew in addition the middle unfasten partition with its own door unit, which can separate the area on two parts, on two different rooms. Now you know what the number 2 on the third place means.

    Now you can understand what means MB-332 by the analogy. There is only one difference:  that in series 30 there are only three lengthwise aisles, and unfasten partition divides the inner awkward into two not equal parts. So we have a tambour for one aisle and a heat for two aisles. When we move aside the middle partition we have a unite area for three aisles.

    Of course, it is all in theory, but in practice we need to add also the second cuttings of the flue and additional ventilation hatches. And we had to complicate with through ventilation. Because when the area is living, it is necessary to have a good ventilation, and inside a bathhouse the heat must keep the hot air inside.  And do not forget about doors. Now we need not two, but three doors.  The third door is added for the mobile partition.

    Because of it, the costs for the material and the work of people grow up.

    MB-442 is a little more expensive than MB-44, and, a fortiori, more expensive than MB-42.  But the increase of the price is much less than the increase of useful customer properties. Nobody knows about the conditions during the field departure. Somebody thinks that he takes Mobiba only like a mobile bathhouse, and he is not going to live in it. But something can happen in the forest, and it becomes necessary to sleep inside the tent.  But maybe tent will work as a canteen or a hospital. Everything can happen.

    But MB-442 has a two-layer contour only in the heat. In tambour there is only one layer.  In cannot be compared with MB-442 which is much more comfortable because it all has two layers and through ventilation.  The field expedition equipment is much more valuable when it can solve many problems like a Swiss knife.  You cannot know what blade you will need in an hour or tomorrow. Nobody knows.  So you should be ready for everything.

    So, on the assumption of these thoughts we create these two new products – MB-332 and MB-442. And here you have the bathhouse and the living area in one.
